1. What types of wigs does Luxwaveagency offer? We offer premium wigs in various styles and constructions, including:

  • Human hair wigs (100% Remy, lace front, full lace, glueless)
  • HD lace front wigs (pre-plucked, bleached knots, baby hair)
  • Glueless wigs (ready-to-wear, adjustable bands, combs & clips)
  • Synthetic wigs (heat-resistant, high-quality fiber)
  • Long, short, bob, layered, curly, straight, colored & balayage styles

All made with realistic density, soft texture, and breathable caps for comfort.

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your wig is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options — sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return window for unused, unstyled wigs in original condition (tags attached, no odor, no styling products). Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, cut, dyed, styled, or washed cannot be returned. If your wig arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your wigs high-quality and realistic? Yes! Our wigs use 100% Remy human hair or premium heat-resistant synthetic fiber, pre-plucked hairlines, bleached knots (on lace fronts), adjustable bands/combs, and breathable caps. They’re designed to look natural, feel soft, and last with proper care — many customers wear them for months to years.

7. How do I care for my Luxwaveagency wig?

  • Human hair: Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner, air dry or low-heat style.
  • Synthetic: Wash with cool water & wig-specific shampoo, air dry (no heat styling unless heat-resistant).
  • General: Store on a wig stand, detangle gently with wide-tooth comb, avoid sleeping in wig, protect from heat/friction. Detailed care instructions are included with each wig.
